If you’ve completed Kettlebell 101, 201, and 301, are an SFG I certified Instructor, or have trained with a StrongFirst SFG II Certified Instructor—Kettlebell 401 will help you level up.
Prerequisites
To attend this workshop, you need to be competent in SFG Level I skills. Ignore at your peril.
